What are the first signs of aging?

The first signs of aging typically appear in your late 20s to early 30s. Fine lines around the eyes (crow's feet) often appear first due to repeated expressions and thin skin in that area. Smile lines around the mouth become more noticeable. Skin may lose some radiance and glow as cell turnover slows. Slight loss of volume in cheeks can occur. Dark circles under eyes may become more prominent. Skin texture may become slightly rougher or larger pores more visible. Mild dryness increases as oil production decreases. Sun spots or age spots may start appearing if you had significant sun exposure. The good news is that early intervention with sunscreen, retinol, and healthy habits can slow or reverse many of these early signs.
